Reliably designed circuitry and maximum exterior heat sinking enable our modules to operate 3ºC to 5ºC below competitive equivalents.(Many equivalent encapsulated models lack the exterior aluminum heat sinking to transfer accumulated heat through the heat resistive epoxy shell). Various MTBF surveys have shown that power supply life may be extended years by lowering operating temperature only a few degrees. |

Computerized Department Programs We have implemented new methods to our programs, such as Just-in-Time purchasing, Triple Testing and Preburn-in Component Level QC, to improve quality and pricing. Our new 26,000 s.f. facility contains complete in-house capabilities, including R&D software employing the latest SPICE design programs, PC Board Layout utilizing the latest PROTEL PCB design software programs, magnetic and metal shop fabrication, electronic and mechanical assembly operations. |
